View Designer and PanelView 5500 Programming

This is a 3-day classroom style course all about Studio 5000 training! Course CCV210 is all about Studio 5000 View Designer and PanelView 5500 programming. This course focuses on visualization as relates to Studio 5000 View Designer and PanelView 5500 programming. Students will practice the following hands-on skills:

  1. Prepare a PanelView 5500 terminal for operation
  2. Create a new project and run it on a terminal
  3. Create, configure, and animate graphic elements on screens
  4. Configure security for restricting access to certain screens or graphic elements
  5. Configure alarm screens to monitor and manage alarms from your Studio 5000 Logix Designer® project

This course focuses on visualization as relates to Studio 5000 View Designer and PanelView 5500 programming. it is intended for individuals who need to create Studio 5000 View Designer
projects for use on a PanelView 5500 terminal. CCV210 is a great opportunity for Studio 5000 Training, as well as training for PanelView 5500 programming for you or for your employees. Some of the technical topics to be covered include but are not limited to:

  • Configuring Language Switching in a Studio 5000 View Designer Project
  • Configuring Security for a Studio 5000 View Designer Project

Learning Experience:

All technology is provided for student use in the classroom by Rockwell Automation. It is not necessary for students to bring any technology with them when attending this course.

Throughout this course, you will have the opportunity to practice the skills you have learned through a variety of hands-on exercises. Exercises focus on the skills introduced in each lesson.

After completing this course, given a computer with Studio 5000 View Designer® software and a PanelView™ 5500 terminal, a student should be able to produce an operational project running on the terminal.
