Return Policy Terms and Conditions

Horizon requires a Return Goods Authorization number in order to process a return and credit the customer.

In order to receive credit, the product must be in resalable condition and must be returned within 60 days of purchase.  All Rockwell Automation® product returns are subject to Rockwell Automation’s return policy terms and conditions.

Material returns are subject to inspection by Horizon and if approved for credit, may be subject to restocking charges.  Order cancellations for non-stock products may be subject to cancellation charges and shipping/handling fees.

Configured, custom or modified products are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Products are warranted by the manufacturer only.  If the product is non-resalable due to manufacturer defect, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.

All returns must be in original packaging and resalable condition. Credit for return of any item(s) is subject to Horizon and manufacturer’s inspection and approval.

A credit will be issued within three business days (upon receipt of the return) on any product that is approved and stocked at Horizon.  If the product is not stocked by Horizon, Horizon will initiate a RGA from the manufacturer.  A credit will be issued to the customer once Horizon has received manufacturer authorization.

Services which have been provided to customers with or without product sales are non-refundable.

Manufacturer warranties on products are passed in full to the customer less any shipping/handling charges.

If a return is approved for credit by Horizon and a replacement product is requested in lieu of a credit, Horizon will ship the replacement as soon as possible after the request.

Any unusual storeroom clean up, project, or large returns are at the discretion of Horizon.  Such requests must be reviewed and negotiated by Horizon Senior Leadership before a RGA can be issued.
