Return Policy Terms and Conditions
Horizon Solutions™ requires a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number in order to process a return and credit the customer. To request a refund, call 1-800-724-4750, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit www.HorizonSolutions.com.
In order to receive credit, the product must be in original packaging and resalable condition and must be returned within 60 days of purchase. All product returns are subject to manufacturer’s return policy terms and conditions. Return goods authorization expires thirty (30) days after RGA issuance.
Material returns are subject to inspection by Horizon Solutions and if approved for credit, may be subject to restocking charges and shipping/handling fees. Credit for return of any item is subject to Horizon Solutions and the manufacturer’s inspection and approval.
Order cancellations for non-stock products may be subject to cancellation charges and shipping/handling fees.
Configured, custom or modified products are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Services which have been provided to customers with or without product sales are non-refundable.
Products are warrantied by the manufacturer only. If the product is non-resalable due to a manufacturer defect, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply less any shipping/handling charges.
A credit will be issued upon receipt of the return on any product that is approved and stocked at Horizon Solutions. If the product is not stocked by Horizon Solutions, we will initiate an RGA from the manufacturer. A credit will be issued to the customer once Horizon Solutions has received manufacturer authorization.
Any unusual storeroom clean-up, project, or large returns are at the discretion of Horizon Solutions Management.
